common questions
- how do i cancel or manage my subscription?
- subscriptions are managed by apple, not inside habeat. open settings → [your name] → subscriptions on your device, choose habeat, and you can change or cancel there. cancelling stops the next renewal; your current period runs to its end.
- i paid on another device — how do i restore premium?
- open habeat → settings → restore purchases. as long as you're signed in with the same apple id you bought with, your premium (including a lifetime purchase) will return.
- can i get a refund?
- refunds for app store purchases are handled by apple. request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. if something went wrong on our end, email us first and we'll help.
- where is my data, and is it private?
- on your device. habeat has no accounts and no server collecting your habits — summaries are generated on-device, and sync travels only through your own iCloud account, which we cannot read. the full story is on our privacy policy.
- how do i export or delete my data?
- open settings → export to CSV for a copy you control. to delete, remove individual habits and history in the app, or delete the app to clear its local data. because habeat syncs through iCloud, also clear habeat data in your device's iCloud settings to remove the mirrored copy.
- i moved to a new phone — will my habits come with me?
- yes. sync is on by default and needs no setup — sign in to the new phone with the same apple id, install habeat, and your practice comes across through your own iCloud. if you'd rather have a copy in hand, export to CSV before you switch.
- does the free version expire?
- no. three habits are free forever — no trial clock, no card required. premium lifts two limits and nothing else: it unlocks unlimited habits and all ten themes instead of three. icloud sync, reminders, the widget, on-device summaries and csv export are free for everyone.
- can i suggest a vibe theme or a feature?
- please do. theme ideas and feature requests genuinely shape what we build next — send them to support@lamonade.xyz.
- which devices does habeat support?
- habeat is a native iOS app, including its widget and live activity. check the app store listing for the current minimum iOS version.
